ABSTRACT
In this paper we expose reflections about the relevance of medical research in human beings for the benefit of their healthcare, and the fact that the possibility of get it goes to capable people that can participate in the studies. The nature of the goals to be reached stumbles with problems that have to be recognized to find their proper solution. Some of the problems due to their frequency and gravity are discussed.
