ABSTRACT
Magnetic resonance (MR) imaging has be-come the primary imaging modality in patients with leukodystrophy and plays an important role in the identification, localization, and characterization of underlying white matter abnormalities in affected patients. We present a case of juvenile metachromatic leukodystrophy with the classic imaging findings in T2, Flair and diffusion. The main clinical aspect of this entity are discussed as well as the differential imaging findings in other leukodystrophies.REFERENCES
