ABSTRACT
Osteonechrosis of the medial femoral condyle was treated by arthroscopic reaming and drilling in 11 patients ranging from 18 to 50 years of age. An osteotomy performed in the same operating time when angular deformity was present, was fixed by an external fixator. Good results were obtained in osteonechrosis in 90% of the cases while all cases who had osteotomy had mild suppuration in the pin tracts and one had soft tissue infection. Osteotomies healed in an average of 3 months.REFERENCES
