Repair of inter articularis pars in spondylolitic spondylolysthesis. Osteosynthesis by transpedicular screws and tension bands

ABSTRACT
Twenty patients aged 25 to 55 years, who had spondylolitic spondylolysthesiswere operated on for reduction by 6.5 x 32 mm screws and axleguard. Degree 1 olysthesis reduction of 100% was obtained in 9 cases (45%), in 50% in 4 (20%) and 7 remained unchanged (35%).
