ABSTRACT
Pneumoescrotum consists in the accumulation of air inside the scrotum. Multiple causes produce it, such as iatrogenic endoscopic procedures, thoracic surgical complications and thoracic trauma. The present case explains an unusual form of presentation, possible pathways of production and the importance of a diagnostic suspicion related to this finding in blunt chest trauma.
