ABSTRACT
A 70-year-old woman, with medical background of Sweet syndrome is reported. She sought medical help for asymptomatic pseudopolypoid lesion involving perianal region after a vulvar tumefaction. No intestinal signs of Crohn´s disease was obtained on basis of the granulomatous epithelioid infiltration of biopsy specimens from vulvar and perineal. We believe that these peculiar form of perianal cutaneous presentation could be include in the spectrum of the cutaneous metastatic Crohn’s disease.
