ABSTRACT

Fifty-three year-old woman, that 8 weeks before had a segmentary bilateral mastectomy carried out due to a right fibrous-adenoma and left ductal breast carcinoma compromising surgical borders; then has a radical left mastectomy with limphadenectomy performed 5 weeks before residual ductal breast carcinoma was found, without infiltration of the surgical borders, vascular structures, perineural or adjacent skin.
