ABSTRACT
Cardiac death is the most principles causes of complications after anesthesia and surgery. The causes of cardiac death frequently are acute coronary syndromes (ACS): acute myocardial infarction (AMI), unstable angina, (UA) heart failure (HF) and arrhythmias. (ventricular tachycardia VT and ventricular fibrillation VF).
A correct evaluation in patients with heart disease, or those patients with risk factors to develop cardiac disease have to do it carefully for preventing co-morbidities and mortality in non cardiac surgery.
