Diaphragmatic hernia. Laparoscopic reparation.

ABSTRACT

We presented the case of a 23 years old man who suffers automobile accident being this cause of diaphragmatic hernia. Our objective is to demonstrate the possibility of laparoscopic repair of chronic hernia by abdominal way. Most of this pathology is caused habitually by bruised trauma of abdomen, which is in left hemidiaphragma 90%, being made a slowed down diagnosis in 40% to appear with delayed symptoms. The adapted handling of diaphragmatic hernias depends on the moment of its diagnosis and the commitment of the involved visceras, being the feasible chronicles of elective handling.
