ABSTRACT
The first cause of hyperparathyroidism, observed in 80% of cases are for
the presence of adenoma, in a minor proportion of cases are secondary at
hyperplasia or parathyromatosis. This disease has a multiorganic affectation
and also has a very complex pathophysyology. The clinical and
histopathological settings are reviewed in this paper.
