ABSTRACT
The rheumatic cardiopathy inactivates is an inflammatory suffering, is caused by streptococo hemolytic beta of the group A. To, is able to produce myocardium damage with scar sequels in the tissue specific of conduction (upheavals of the rate), in tissue to valvular causing organizations as mitral stenosis being this the most frequent cause cerebrovascular disease of occlusive type. The purpose is to content the well-taken care of infirmary in a service of emergency and individual of a doctor’s office with the method nurse and a model of attention. The clinical case corresponds to a woman of 39 years of age, with mitral stenosis and sequels of cerebral vascular accident. In the service of doctor’s offices they were identified in the patient, by means of the model of Virginia Henderson deficiencies in satisfying the necessities with oxygenation, communication, rest and dream, movement and good position and to avoid dangers. Concluding that the attention infirmary within an area of specialty in specific, not necessarily implies that the attention is focused to that specialty, but that infirmary must interact with problems derived from the disease.REFERENCES
