ABSTRACT
Male 23 years old arrive at emergency service of Dr. Ruben Leñero Hospital, he suffer stroke hit approximately 2 hours before. Since entrance the vital signs found stables TA 110/80, FC 92x’, T 35.5°C. Clinicaly without signs of contusion or hematoma, the patient is quiet, he say that only was a «simple dispute» with loss alert status, with pain in dorsum, increasing of intensity since the dispute at moment of to be valuated, no facts of peritoneal irritation, or traumatic shock, we take CAT scan abdominal with contrast, appear big retroperitoneal collection displace the colon and small bowel. Suddenly has intense pain and is carried at operating room and discovered a big retroperitoneal hematoma zone II left, with urine and blood 1,000 cc approximately depending of a cystic renal mass, contain tissue renal bleeding, the surgical management is excision of cyst and nefrectomy, the patient is eggressed in 5 days without complications.REFERENCES
