ABSTRACT
In the fetal life and the period during canalicular which start of the week 16 a 25 from the gestation, it self initiate to displacement from the ion cloro to depart to the space intersticial to alveolar development in this form initiate the transport pasive of water to this apace and start to the production liquid pulmonary fetal. In the postnatal stage the elimination from liquid pulmonary depend to the activation from the enzima Na+K+ATP asa. The mechanisms by the what it self eliminate the liquid pulmonary to alveolar space, after, during, before to the born, involve aspects how, the gestation age, from of born and the participation from hormones, during the born. That not make in combo from they may retain and or change the compotition from the liquid pulmonary fetal any the newborn development edema pulmonary.
