ABSTRACT
Deficiencies of endogenous anticoagulant glycoproteins are found in the clinical spectrum of disease derived from chromosomal deletions or mutations in the amino acid sequence of their conformation, generating a negative impact not only on their activity but also on their functionality, precipitating thrombotic events and immunosuppression symptoms. However, there is a group of patients who without having autosomal dominant disorders, have deficiencies of this type of glycoprotein.
