ABSTRACT
Lipomas are the most common mesenchymal tumors. However, intramuscular lipomas appear infrequently. One of the most important aspects is to rule out malignancy when diagnosing them, differentiating them from sarcomas based on their physical characteristics and diagnostic tests. This management was surgical, with the size of the tumor and the approach used as challenges.
