ABSTRACT
Intracranial hypertension is a pathological entity that we frequently face. The limitations in technical implementation based on each hospital reality is a detriment that is sought to be compensated with an exhaustive adaptation of the available bibliographic recommendations. Especially when a patient is not subject to surgical management, that's where adequate therapy and monitoring are essential to provide the best outcome for each patient. Regarding a case, we will seek to review the management of a critical area in a patient with this pathology with the different recommendations of the medical literature.
