Unilateral palmar pustulosa psoriasis. A case presentation

ABSTRACT
Psoriasis is a multifactorial, inflammatory disease, caused by a defect in keratinopoyesis which finally yields to an
augmented epidermal growth. The manifestations may be different such the pustulous variant it can be localized or
generalized; among the first group is the palmoplantar subtype. The classical image of this disease are erythematosquamous plaque-like lesions above this are sterile pustules. Palmoplantar pustulosis psoriasis is a rare and chronic disease that can cause direct impact in the patient’s quality of life.
