ABSTRACT
Primary cutaneous apocrine carcinoma (PCAC) is a rare type of
sweat gland carcinoma. Most of these tumors are prone to develop
in areas with a high density of apocrine glands. The clinical
features of PCAC varies including a reddish or violaceous multilobulated,
mass or a persistent reddish patch. PCAC can grow and ulcerate.
We present a 64-year-old man with pcac located in the right
earlobe. He was diagnosed by biopsy and positivity to cytokeratin
7, GATA 3, GCDFP 15. He underwent surgical excision with wide
margins.
