ABSTRACT
Scabies is a contagious skin disease caused by
Sarcoptes scabiei.
A 12-year-old girl diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukemia with
post-chemotherapy, had pruritic lesions on her torso and extremities
for three months. The initial diagnosis was cutaneous mastocytosis,
but due to lack of improvement, a biopsy was performed,
which reported scabies. In immunosuppressed patients with scabies,
can be a mimicker of cutaneous mastocytosis which is an
atypical presentation.
