ABSTRACT
We present a 69-year-old male patient with diagnosis of
complete atrioventricular block, placing a temporary
pacemaker that was in an abnormal position by echocardiographic
study. Even though no symptoms presented,
we made up our mind to perform a reparation of a free
wall right ventricle perforation through a subxiphoid
approach. Lead was pulled out, and an epicardial definitive
pacemaker was placed, with a satisfactory evolution
of the patient.
