ABSTRACT
The endothelial system is an organ that plays an important role in vascular homeostasis, which within its molecular components are of utmost importance in maintaining all intravascular components, however, from sepsis to atherogenesis is known about the damage occurring at the molecular level and its effect on vascular permeability, but what happens or is known about post-damage damage from water resuscitation in critically ill patients? The aim is to know endothelial injury mechanisms and the genesis of vascular permeability.
