ABSTRACT

Introduction. The education of the personality constitutes a complex social phenomenon that guarantees the appropriation by the human being of the cultural life, where he is trained to live in a certain time in a consistent way. This social order requires an adequate general pedagogical training that is specified in the dynamics of the teaching-learning process, in this case in adolescents who are trained as education professionals, where issues related to comprehensive sexuality education play a primary role. Objective. Propose a curricular pedagogical alternative that contributes to the education of sexuality in adolescents who are trained as primary teachers in Pedagogical Schools. Methodology. The logic of the investigation is based on the Dialectic - Materialist method that enabled the effective use of theoretical, empirical and mathematical statistical methods to deepen the research object from a scientific position. Results. The Curricular Pedagogical Alternative elaborated constitutes a viable option, feasible to implement in practice, and can favor the education of sexuality in adolescents and contribute to the improvement of educational work. Conclusions. It emerges that the educational teaching process is a propitious space to educate sexuality, satisfy learning needs and develop feelings and emotions in correspondence with the psychological particularities of adolescence in which a considerable distance is shown between two basic processes of development: the psychological and biological maturation, as a condition for the start of comprehensive sexuality education.
