ABSTRACT
Basal cell carcinoma is the most common type of skin cancer worldwide. When it manifests multiple times, it is related to risk factors, such as some genodermatoses and specific syndromes. Its diagnosis and treatment are usually early; but an atypical clinical presentation can delay this process, with the consequent risk of complications. This article reports the case of a 57-year-old man who presented with several psoriasiform lesions on his lower extremities, one of them ulcerated. The histopathological diagnosis of all of them corresponds to basal cell carcinomas. The patient does not have a personal pathological history related to his current dermatological pathology, or proven risk factor.
