ABSTRACT

There is little communication of the usefulness of the check-up units and the type of diseases that could be detected, so the work consisted of reviewing in our hospital if this test is really useful in the detection of chronic-degenerative diseases. Demonstrating that it is useful in the detection of chronic-degenerative diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, as well as in the detection of risk factors to develop them.
