ABSTRACT
Capsular Warning Syndrome (CAS) refers to a series of recurrent transient ischemic attacks (TIAS) that significantly increase the risk of a heart attack. This syndrome manifests through repeated episodes of transient, focal neurological deficits, which trigger symptoms affecting sensation and movement in the face, arms, and legs. This occurs without the presence of signs of cortical involvement. To date, little is known about the nature and management of this syndrome. However, various theories have been proposed to explain its cause, Such as small vessel disease artery-to-artery embolism, hemodynamic instability, and peri-infarct depolarization. AII of these could contributte to its origin. At present, there is no standardized guideline for treatment; however, different therapeutic approaches hae been considered. These include the Combination of antiplatelet agents and statins, as well as the possibility of using anticoagulants, thrombolysis, or blood pressure stabilization to avoid episodes of hypotension (1.2)
