ABSTRACT
Giant basal cell carcinoma is a rare and barely reported basal cell carcinoma (BCC) variant. It has a size larger than 5-10 cm in diameter. It is very destructive; it can culminate in metastasis and death. Several factors have been associated with its development, such as unawareness of suffering from a bcc and recurrence. The treatment is not well established and can be surgical with or without radio or chemotherapy. A case of a 79-year-old man treated with complete tumor removal and graft placement is presented in this report.REFERENCES
