ABSTRACT
Rhinophyma is a final stage of rosacea, caused by increased flow and vasculature, proliferation of sebaceous glands and fibrous tissue. In phymatous rosacea there is great swelling with a soft consistency and dilated pores. The nose takes on an embossed appearance resembling nasal appendices. We present a 54-yearold male with a rhinophyma with erythema and skin growth on the back of the nose and on both sides in the nostrils, being greater on the right side. Performing various surgeries with various resources available in the office.
