ABSTRACT
The use of terms called technical language in medical practice tends to alienate patients
and distance them from medical practice, as a mere spectator, reaching the point that
patients find it necessary to search for the information they need for other media, but,
as happens in most cases, they are left with doubts, and they end up ignoring the details
of their disease. As a consequence, we have affected the doctor-patient relationship
and a dehumanized medical practice.
