ABSTRACT
The aim of this work circumscribed to the theory of J. Lacan, is to describe that ethics is a fundamental element in the constitution of the psychoanalytic clinic, specifically, forming part of the direction of the cure. This is not because it conforms to a deontological code that guides the behavior of the analyst, but rather because it bases its position on the clinic on a case-by-case basis. It should be noted, as a preamble, that the concept of cure in psychoanalysis is very specific and has nothing to do with the notion of health and illness (symptomatic cure) but rather a change in the subjective position in the analyst-analysand relationship that, when In the end, it has an impact on the structure, that is, on how the speaker relates to the Other, the others and his own symptom, generally concealing the lack. The ethical position of the analyst is therefore the condition for $◊D (the formula of neurosis) to become $◊a (formula of the phantasy).REFERENCES
