Dear Readers:

During 2021 the Revista 16 de Abril represented profound changes, where a renewed Editorial Committee was exalted with an imperious responsibility in the middle of a convulsive epidemiological situation demanding new knowledge.
The Editorial Committee modified its structure, increasing the number of members of other nationalities. A campaign began to disseminate scientific work in social networks, promoting the use and benefits of Information and Communication Technologies. It included profiles on LinkedIn, Twitter and accounts on Facebook and Telegram.
