ABSTRACT
Nine types of purpuric dermatoses have been proposed. Touraine described a variant of the annular telangiectoides purpura of Majocchi, which was characterized by few irregular plaques in an arciform pattern. These entities show the same histopathologic findings: red blood cells and lymphocytes around vessels, and CD4+ lymphocytes. Association between purpuric dermatoses and mycosis fungoides is still unclear. No treatment has been satisfactory.
