ABSTRACT
The study of chest pathology in a patient hospitalized in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is performed based on two contexts: according to the anatomical regions in which the chest is studied and second and most important: according to the imaging method where we can visualize the pathologies based on three different diagnostic modalities: radiography, ultrasound, and tomography. This review briefly presents the characteristics of some of the most common pathologies observed in the ICU and their main imaging findings.
