ABSTRACT
The decisions and strategies adopted by multidisciplinary teams in colon and rectal tumors with synchronous presence of liver metastases are addressed in detail and structured proposals to know which of them should be treated in first intention, so the question is postulated in relation to the liver or colon first. These are the answers to the question.
