ABSTRACT
Malignant cardiac tumors and in particular primary cardiac lymphomas are very rare. Its diagnosis is usually late, which worsens the evolution and prognosis. We present the case of a patient with non-specific cardiovascular symptoms, in whom was detected, by echocardiography, a large tumor-like mass that caused severe obstruction of the right ventricular inlet tract. After performing an endomyocardial biopsy, a high-malignant lymphoma of large B-cell origin of the heartwas diagnosed. Patient presented with cardiogenic shock, emergency cardiovascular surgery was performed with almost total unblocking of the tricuspid valve successfully achieved. Despite a favorable initial clinical course, the patient died with generalized sepsis.
