ABSTRACT
Vasospastic angina is described within the spectrum of ischemic heart disease. Its etiopathogenesis remains to be elucidated and within its form of presentation it can be seen from severe anginal pain only accompanied by its characteristic electrical changes or presenting syncopal symptoms and / or sudden death attributable to tachyarrhythmias or conduction disorders. We present the case of a 66-year-old woman with a history of hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus who presented with a picture of vasospastic angina accompanied by atrioventricular block and syncope, a picture that persisted with medical treatment despite finding coronary angiography without injury and with the need for implant permanent pacemaker.REFERENCES
