ABSTRACT
Pure apocrine nevi are hamartomas of the pilosebaceous units characterized
by benign proliferations of mature apocrine glands, which is a microscopic
description made in pathology reports without the exact diagnosis being named.
Considering the clinical differential diagnoses and its low frequency, we present a
case report and a review of the literature on this topic.
