ABSTRACT
The nursery process in a newly-born suckling baby subsequent to the total correction of total anomalous correction of pulmonary veins (TACPV) is based upon the nursery diagnosis approved by the NANDA. Among the developed diagnosis, there are some of them that stand out: altered nutrition related to metabolic requests higher than ingestion and being manifested through cachexia, high risk of infections related to endotracheal intubation, inefficient cleaning of respiratory ducts related to assisted ventilation manifested by bronchial secretion gathering, deficit in gaseous interchange related to damage in the respiratory mechanism manifested by endotracheal intubation, deficit in cutaneous completeness related to a surgical procedure manifested by dehiscence in hurts of pleural catheter insertion, deficit in physical mobility related to soothing manifested by ulcers grade I in the coccyx region and damage of the social interaction related to soothing.REFERENCES
