ABSTRACT
Spontaneous pneumomediastinum (SP) is a clinical entity characterized by the pre-sence of interstitial air in the mediastinum. The purpose of this study was to further examine a rare SP case in a 60-year-old male, with COVID-19. In conclusion, SP is an uncommon complication in COVID-19, and the recognition of clinical characteristics is crucial since early identification plays a significant role in the maintenance or recovery of the disease.
