ABSTRACT
We report the clinical case of a 35-year-old patient with an ischemic cerebrovascular disease of an infrequent cause that after the clinical expertise and the studies carried out, reaches the etiological conclusion: thrombophilia acquired by use of danazol. Thrombophilias are uncommon causes but they cause these events in young people with a deficiency of natural anticoagulants.
