ABSTRACT
The acute coronary syndromes, like unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction without S-T segment elevation, still common manifestation in coronary disease.The difference between these two entities is the symptoms severity, mainly expressed by Troponins elevation as a biochemical marker of myocardial necrosis.
These acute coronary syndromes required, first of all, an aggressive medical treatment in order to stabilise a control the symptoms.
Coronary artery bypass surgery has, so far, a similar indication based on the obstructive coronary artery lesion; all of them considered of high risk.
