ABSTRACT
The present work is directed to the analysis and reflection of the effects of the strategies adopted by Latin American countries in the formulation of public policies that allow to record and perpetuate different actions from the construct of nation that each country has tried to reach. To do so, taking into account different documents and reports presented by organizations such as CEPAL, the World Bank, the United Nations, among others, the question arises as to how, from the results obtained for the different indicators, policies emanating from Latin American countries project a panorama that it moves away from the positive visualization and construction of the concept of peace (balance and stability of unity). To this end, it is offered as a means and alternative of repositioning, the linking of bioethical reflection to the construction of the political approach, this as a mechanism that links the needs presented from the country indicators with the proposals for change and improvement that from the political actions must be submitted. It is concluded that as long as the distance between the (bio) ethical reflection and the actions that from the public policy must be routed in the different areas, it is complex to change the present Latin American and country reality toward the broad conception of the concept of peace that from their balance and inner stability achieve non-violence or war with each other.REFERENCES
