ABSTRACT
Sexual rights are universal human rights based on the inherent freedom, dignity and equality of all human beings. Among the threats that limit the full exercise of sexual rights are the so-called religious fundamentalisms. The panel approaches the principles that articulate and characterize these movements, which have intensified in the last ten years and have become more visible, strategic and aggressive. It presents that the philosophy that underlies in this doctrine has implicit the annihilation of any other philosophy and of the person that carries it. The panel also presents a reading of sexual rights from Christian feminisms, the path to be followed by an inclusive pastoral and, finally, the experience of the Martin Luther King Center, with an activism committed to pedagogical work and under the principles of Popular Education. The communications are an alert to the anti-rights advances of some sectors of the Christian church in Cuba, and an invitation to love and respect for the human rights of all people.
