ABSTRACT

Hyponatremia is a frequent clinical entity that has a diversity of manifestations and causes, so it is important to establish the diagnosis to ensure that its therapeutic approach is adequate thus avoiding complications, for which it will be useful to follow the established steps to treat the patient presenting it.
