ABSTRACT
In the judicial morgue there were rare cases, but of remarkable complexity because it is genital aggression where the crime can leave little obvious marks on the corpse and that are decisive when it comes to proving the commission of the crime, the cause of death and the alleged aggressor; for its clarification it is necessary to carry out special autopsy techniques aimed at the dissection and examination of the perineum, the floor and the pelvic cavity, which allows the legal medical approach, the obtaining of its samples and that in turn makes it possible to highlight the damage, the cause and effect and other elements that can be taken as objective evidence to the trial. The procedure that we recommend in this paper is the technique of pelvic emptying that consists of a methodical tanatological protocol with its steps ranging from cadaveric preparation, the examination of its three compartments and the dissection of the internal organs, in turn the anatomical reference points for the extraction of the pelvis that leads to the realization of this technique that is complementary to the autopsy.
The use of this technique was effective in five cases where this procedure was carried out, facilitating the examination of the area, the demonstration of the insult and the obtaining of forensic samples, of which four had identification through genetics of the aggressor.
