ABSTRACT
Witkop syndrome is a rare and benign autosomal dominant illness that often goes unnoticed due to dental and nail involvement.
The clinical case of a 9-year-olf female who came to the clinic due to caries problems is presented. However, abnormalities
were identified in different teeth, such as maxillary peg lateral incisors, canines with ectopic eruption, absence
of mandibular premolars and the radiological study confirmed these findings, as well as the presence of hypotaurodontism
in bilateral upper premolars. Also, the presence of thin and brittle toenails was detected.
