ABSTRACT
Introduction: The development of information and communication technologies (ICTs) has revolutionized all spheres of social life. The web portals allow the delivery of documents electronically, access the results of research, the debate on the work published in scientific journals, the conversation in real time and asynchronously. At the National Institute of Workers' Health (INSAT) of Cuba, since 2010 there has been a web portal on a platform that is not in accordance with current requirements, which is why INFOMED considers its migration to the WordPress content management system platform. Objective: Design the INSAT web portal in WordPress taking in accounts its characteristics and quality standards for its design. Material and method: Based on the study carried out by the authors and the theoretical systematization of the general aspects of WordPress and of the considerations of quality standards for the design of the institutional website. Result: The INSAT institutional web portal prepared in WordPress, meeting the quality and evaluation criteria referred by the provider.REFERENCES
