ABSTRACT
Sneddon syndrome is a noninflammatory thrombotic vasculopathy
of small and medium vessels that mainly affects the
skin and central nervous system. Exceptionally, it affects the
heart, kidney and retina. We present the case of an 18-year-old
female from Guatemala who is referred to the dermatology
area for presenting livedo reticularis associated with a history
of ischemic stroke and third cranial nerve paralysis.
