ABSTRACT
The tendency to present nodules in the skin is one of the differences
between the presentation of metastases in pediatric
ages. The differential diagnosis of blueberry muffin baby or bluish
skin nodules is divided into neoplastic and non-neoplastic. It
is important to rule out congenital infections, blood dyscrasias,
fetal transfusion syndrome, Bean syndrome and neoplastic skin
infiltrations among others. We present a 3-month-old baby
with cutaneous metastases is described as the first presentation
of adrenal neuroblastoma.
