ABSTRACT
Antibiotics are the drugs most prescribed by doctors, they modify the microbiota throughout the body, especially
at the intestinal level, causing changes in immune, endocrinological and metabolic functioning. Antibiotics cause
a temporary and sometimes permanent impact on health, generating high rates of resistance, considering that
the damage is greater if they are used early in life.
