ABSTRACT
Ovarian ectopic pregnancy have been reported to occur in 1-7000 to 40000 pregnancies and represents 0.5% to 6% of global ectopic pregnancy. Early diagnosis is now possible and improvements in operative laparoscopy have led many surgeons to perform conservative ovarian surgery. Laparoscopy allows a short hospital stay, less physical stress and allows the patient to resume normal activities, furthermore the low risk of adhesion formation is important with regard to reproductive prognosis. We report a case of an ovarian ectopic pregnancy in a 29-year-old woman with 5.2 gestational weeks. Its endoscopic management was so satisfactory that 8 months later she became pregnant again.
